This page is for you to get to know me.
If you like your short stories long, read on!
I’d always been creatively inclined. As a kid, I told my dad I wanted to “make things” and definitely didn’t want a job that needed a laptop. Joke’s on me. I now need one for practically everything.
Co-Founded a Design Studio
Studying at MIT led me to communication design, and that became my anchor while I dabbled in other creative streams. After graduating, I took a leap (a very big one) and co-founded a design studio with two friends. Running Out And Out for six years taught me things no classroom ever could. Managing clients, deadlines, and the occasional meltdown, mentoring interns who were somehow both clueless and brilliant, and balancing creativity with clockwork precision.
Consulted at a Top Design Agency
After a solid 7 years, I decided it was time for a change. I worked as a design consultant at Elephant Design. Here, got to work on product branding, packaging, and campaigns for some household names like TATA, Britannia Marie, Sirona, and Reliance. You’ll just have to take my word for this because I signed an NDA, so I can’t showcase any of my work from then. If it wasn’t clear enough, this section was added here mostly as part of a brag.
Jumped into Visual and UX Design
A chance meeting pulled me into Cubyts, where I started in marketing design and slowly inched my way toward product. I worked with developers to bring a new website to life, mapping architecture, designing flows, and adding those tiny details that make things feel human. That experience opened a new door into UX design, where I shaped features, thought through interactions, and even researched a whole new version of the product. It was equal parts scary and exciting, but mostly it showed me that I really enjoy solving problems in messy, evolving spaces.
Humbled by designing for the Social Impact sector
Most recently, I worked with the amazing folks at Studio Subu, where design meets social impact. This is where I learned how much intention can sit behind something as simple as a colour choice or a typeface. I’ve helped shape brand narratives, create online store experiences, design long-term communication programs for young people, and build strategies for organisations doing genuinely good work. It’s been a reminder that design can move beyond pretty things and actually shift how people feel, engage, and act.
So yes, my path looks a little zig-zaggy, but that’s by design (pun intended). I love exploring, connecting dots, and finding meaning in unexpected places. I don’t stick around just for the sake of it. I stay where I can add value and grow alongside the work. Right now, I’m excited about building meaningful experiences across mediums.
I have two modes.
Working & Eating.
That’s me!
