Cubyts Design Intelligence
Based on research and feedback, we identified that users seek insights into their design team's health and functionality. To address this, we started conceptualising a new product that seamlessly connects to existing data sources, including your preferred apps.
The platform would then gather relevant information and generate valuable Design Insights.
CONCEPT 1
Our very first concept was to have a dashboard of all the insight summaries. Each summary card would lead to further details. We also had a chat feature where user can ask questions or the platform would prompt questions. Users could revisit their chats in the chat history.
CONCEPT 2
After 56 more tries and some solid user testing, we decided to switch things
up a bit. We delved deeper into figuring out exactly what insights our users crave, what they need, and how we can visualise them.
I worked on designing the structure of the card. Keeping the main insight as a chart/graph in the centre I kept a follow up section that highlighted the major points along with supporting trends. All card actions were placed at the top along with the insight title.
Workload
The workload card simply showcased the team's workload across initiatives and time. The manager could toggle between view by initiatives or by time.

CONCEPT 3
After multiple testing, brainstorming and self critiquing we had a breakthrough and came up with the following open concept. We kept the entire screen space for visual data and brought the team at the centre of all our insights.
We combined overlapping information and came up with the following seamless solution that we were now ready to build on.
